Bishop Dr. G.G. Cooper
International Bishop and Overseer
Bishop Dr. G. G. Cooper, a Jamaican by birth migrated to Canada and became a Canadian citizen. He received a supernatural call from God to preach and evangelize at an early age. Bishop Cooper was divinely inspired by God to return to his homeland, Jamaica during the social and political troublesome times of the 1980s.
In the midst of social disorder and corruption, Bishop Cooper returned to establish a ministry which now has seven assemblies and other outreach outlets across the island of Jamaica, cable, radio, prisons, etc.
A graduate of Central Bible College, Bishop Cooper received his Doctorate in Divinity (DD) from Ministry International Institute (MII) in 2008. He has traveled and preached on almost every continent of the world including the USA, Canada, Japan, Iceland, France, Bahamas, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Haiti, Greece, Germany, Ghana, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, Fuji Islands and Puerto Rico}. Recent official international travel included trips to Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Nairobi, Kenya where he met and advised state, local, and government officials.
Bishop G. G. Cooper is currently the International Presiding Bishop of the Apostolic Church of God 7th Day Worldwide Fellowship which spans across approximately forty countries of the world. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of "The Apostolic Messenger" which is the quarterly magazine of Apostolic Church of God 7th Day Worldwide.
